2) Make your initial deposit.
We require only a $200 deposit for 1 & 2 Bedrooms and $300 for Pango Pango. You may mail your deposit in the form of a personal check but we strongly suggest using the safe and secure method of Paypal using your Visa, Master, or Check Card.

All Deposits are fully refundable if you change your mind for any reason. However you must cancel before your arrival time. With the magic of Paypal your refund is usually less than 24hrs. Feel free to call or email to confirm your deposit has come through.

You may also pay your balance using pay you balance using Paypal.
You can make a payment of any amount if you have a paypal account by sending payments to jamvillas@aol.com. Be sure to include all of your information in the remarks box which includes your dates, phone number, number of people and size which specific Villa you have reserved.

3) Make your final payment.
Your Balance can be sent to us in the form of a personal check two weeks prior to your stay or you can pay in Jamaica in cash or travel checks. You may also use the recommended and expedient method of Paypal using the link above.
(Jamaica Banking is on what is reffered to as "Go-slow." It takes about 2 months to clear an international check.)

Note: If you are traveling "space available" we only charge for the days you actually stay.
