Our staff is like our family and our turnover rate has been zero since we purchased our units new  in 1991. You will certainly understand why after your stay with us. Many of our future guest feel they want to eat out until they experience that first meal. Our Staff are proud people pleaser and love to show off Jamaican cooking and service. You will need to fine tune your helpers work hours, Normal hours are 9 to 5. Many people prefer not to be disturbed in the morning and would rather that she come later and leave later in the evenings.

Your helper generally caters exclusively to you, She lives off the property and allows complete privacy. Her break area  is by the pool a short distance away. You will need to co-ordinate you laundry needs with your helper. Her service is included, you pay the cost of tokens to wash and dry. The normal custom is to tip at the end of your stay.
